Evaluation
Reading of Elispot Plates including mutiple color plates

Your plates will be evaluated in high resolution (pixel size <5μm) using an automated Elispot reader system (Carl Zeiss) with KS Elispot Software 4.9. You will receive the following information:
- number of spots per well
- size of each spot in each well
- intensity of each spot in each well
- total area per well covered by spots
- plate overview image
- binary spot picture of all wells
- single well images
- reader settings
Provided well images can be used for publication, demonstration and presentation purposes. Per request, we can also provide high resolution well images for re-evaluation purposes
Evaluation costs for single color plates: $ 33.00 per plate
For express service (by request - in 24 hours), an additional fee of $17.00 per plate applies.
Dual-color plates (enzymatic or fluorescent staining) will be read 3x (e.g. for enzymatic: red, blue and purple (=double-stained) spots).
Price: $ 60.00 per plate (non-fluorescent)
$75.00 for dual stained fluorescent plates
Shipping: $5.00 per package - independent of number of plates
