Hello Peter - Thanks for the reply. I should not have used that abbreviation in my query. We are trying to quantify antibody forming cells (AFC); specifically B cells that are making different isotypes of influenza-specific antibodies. We would like to activate the B cells using influenza virus coating the plate, and then use anti-isotypic antibodies to quantify the numbers of B cells producing each isotype. Beth
