Subject White spots - Biosource kit

Date Wed Dec 19 2007 16:43
Author Melanie (molitor@surgery.wisc.edu)

I have just completed the Biosource mouse IFN-gamma ELISpot kit and also received the "white spots". This is what the spots are supposed to look like. In the protocol, it states that the spots will be black, but that is only after looking through the microscope since the white spots will block the light and appear black in the scope. I thought that this kit worked wonderfully and I am wondering if you know what the subsrate is in this kit and also if you know of any other kits that use the non-membrane plates like this kit.

Thank you-
Melanie
