We apologize for not having this discussion site online for a while. Our web site was targeted by someone who placed a bad activeX link in the discussion. We are from a laboratory in Barcelona. We have a lot of problems with Elisposts, because we have white holes in the middle of our wells. We observe a purpure ring surrounding a white hole (like a doughnut). There are some days that elispots are good and the next day they present such problem without any change in the protocol. We use MultiScreen-IP Sterile Plates with reference number MAIPS4510 from MILLIPORE. Also, we talked about this problem with the people from MILLIPORE in Spain, but they cannot help us. If anybody can help us, we will be very grateful.
