Hi Jeff; You might be interested in the fact that there has just a paper been published about the Granzyme B elispot, in the recent issue of J Immunol Methods: Frauke H. Rininsland, Thomas Helms, Robert J. Asaad, Bernhard O. Boehm and Magdalena Tary-Lehmann. Granzyme B ELISPOT assay for ex vivo measurements of T cell immunity pp 143-155. Hope this helps! Sylvia
