Dear Dr.Voorn Disturbing you from Georgian AIDS Research Center. We want to set up CTL assay in our laboratory. Would you be so kind to tell us if Elispot method as sensitive as flow cytometry CTL functional method (Using detection of intracellural GrB in T cells and 7AAD on target cells ).Second queston: Does analizing of Elispot plates using light microscope be as informative as by Elispot reader,because for present time we have no possibilities to buy Ellispot reader. Will be such evaluation method informative or not. Thank you. With respect David Baloyan
