Author John Voorn (j.voorn@sanquin.nl)

The mystery of the granzyme B antibodies is actually quit simple; there is only one antibody-pair suitable for ELISPOT, clones GB10 and GB11. These antibodies have been made by Sanquin (former CLB) in Amsterdam. (first publication already published in 1993 in J Immunol Methods. Jul 6;163(1):77-83. Production and characterization of monoclonal antibodies raised against recombinant human granzymes A and B .... Kummer JA, et all.)
All companies selling granzyme B ELISPOT kits, pairs etc. have a licence from Sanquin. Next to this Sanquin it selves also sells these antibodies as well as a dedicated kit for ELISPOT, see www.sanquinreagents.com
