I have over 23 years of hands on experience in both the animal and human vaccine industries in the areas of virology and immunology.  Developed assays to evaluate humoral responses in animals and humans (i.e. ELISAs) for research, toxicology, pre-clinical, and clinical studies. Developed assays to evaluate cellular responses in animals and humans (i.e. ELISPOT) for research, pre-clinical, and clinical trials. Prepared protocols, equipment, and documents for clinical trial testing and performed assays under GLP. Isolation, freezing, and thawing of PBMCs from humans and non-human primates. Completed LSR ll Flow Cytometry Course from BD Biosciences. Provided cell culture support for by maintaining various cellular cultures (VERO, CHO, BHK) for assays.
