My area expertise is in immunology (both human and mouse) of which I have >30 years experience including 12 years at the National Institutes of Health, 4 years at Navy Medical Research Center in Maryland and most recently, 3-1/2 years at H. Lee Moffitt cancer vaccine development and research both in vitro and in vivo. In addition, I have >10 experience with vaccine clinical trials performing ELISpot and intracellular staining by flow cytometry.
Briefly, I have experience in ELISpot (>10 years), flow cytometry (>25 years including tetramer analysis and intracellular staining), ELISA, tissue culture (including initiating primary lines from various tissues) , SDS page and monoclonal antibody production and purification to list a few .
In addition to my research experience, I have excellent interpersonal, organizational and computer skills and am proficient in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Prism GraphPad and Flowjo. Instruments I have experience with include Zeiss ELISpot reader and AID spot reader and BD FACsCalibur and LSRII for flow cytometry.
